1Agreement to the Master Terms
By accessing the Aira Nexus SaaS Ecosystem (including Campus ERP and Creator Studio) authored by CodeLadder Technologies, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable data compliance laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing this infrastructure.
2Enterprise Software Licensing
CodeLadder Technologies grants you a temporary, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our software and services solely for your internal business use.
- Modification ProtocolYou may not modify, attempt to decompile, or reverse engineer any software running on the Aira Nexus cluster.
- Downtime SLA ExceptionsWe strive to maintain high API availability and monitor our services continuously. Scheduled maintenance periods are excluded from availability calculations.
3Creator Studio & Meta Liabilities
When utilizing the Creator Studio automation logic, you agree that you are solely responsible for the content dispatched to end-users via Instagram DMs. CodeLadder strictly acts as the routing layer. Any violations of Meta’s official "Platform Policies" that lead to an account ban are the sole liability of the user.
4Governing Architecture
These master terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hyderabad, India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state infrastructure there.
