Why a third pillar

Two product lines (Campus and Creator) gave us reach in education and the audience economy. Healthcare has been on the roadmap since the founding deck. Labs is intentionally narrow — diagnostics first, hospitals later — because the operations problem in a diagnostic center is small enough to ship a tight, fast LIMS without drifting into HIS territory.
